Information you submit

We collect the contact and shipment, application, or carrier information you enter so our team can review your inquiry and respond. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, bank account details, or payment card details through these website forms.

Access and notifications

Submissions are stored in a restricted staff inbox. Authorized TFS staff can review and update them. Customer load notifications are addressed to Joe and Cayenne, with accounting@trophytrucking.com included. Agent and carrier inquiries are addressed to Joe and Cayenne. Automated email delivery depends on the company’s sending connection; saved submissions remain available to authorized staff.

Booking and applications

A load request does not confirm transportation, pricing, or capacity. A TFS broker must confirm the arrangements. Agent applications and carrier inquiries do not constitute an agreement or operating approval.

Website security

Customers can browse and submit without signing in. The staff inbox requires an authorized signed-in account. The website uses a submission reference to prevent accidental duplicate requests, an automated spam field, and request limits to reduce abuse.

Broker directory

Broker contact details are supplied by TFS. Map locations represent approximate city centers, not office addresses.
